Founded in 1999 with a focus on special foam insoles, AKFORM has grown beyond expectations, expanding its product range through the advanced processing of various materials. Although insoles may appear simple, they are highly complex components that demand precision and expertise — the core of AKFORM’s specialization. Today, AKFORM is a trusted name for global and domestic footwear brands, synonymous with quality, innovation, and reliability.
Located in the Karabük Organized Industrial Zone, AKFORM operates within an 8,000-square-meter modern facility built on 18 acres of land. The company serves multiple sectors — footwear, medical, automotive, white goods, and foam — through advanced production technology.
With a daily production capacity of 60,000 pairs of P.U. injection insoles, 40,000 pairs of special foam insoles, and 35,000 pairs of E.V.A–P.E. and felt insoles, AKFORM also produces lining fabrics using latex, flame, and film lamination techniques.
Thanks to its fully integrated production structure, AKFORM manages every stage of insole manufacturing internally. From design and mold making to lamination, shaping, labeling, and final application, each step is carefully monitored through strict quality control processes. This comprehensive approach allows AKFORM to maintain consistency, precision, and innovation across every product.
